We wanted to measurably improve communications between Peugeot HQ and its 380 Dealerships (approx. 10,000 staff) around the UK. Our aim was simple; to provide operational, marketing and sales support to our dealers and in turn help them sell more Peugeot cars.

Milestone IP has been instrumental in developing, hosting and managing our Corporate Branded Web Mail system 'PeugeotMail'. PeugeotMail has nearly 10,000 users, which are divided into 34 different user types dependent on role. This taxonomy allows us to target specific messages to selected user communities across the dealer network e.g. sales people can be informed of new sales promotions or dealer principals can be informed about new or improved business processes.

PeugeotMail has been very well received, it's clean, its fast and it's stable. Working with Milestone IP we have been able to add additional functionality that our users have requested in a very timely manner.

We have developed a trusting relationship with Milestone IP born out of their expertise, attitude and ability to deliver. They actively managed the sourcing and migration of 0845 numbers for 650 of our users from one supplier to another and to date have completed all projects on or ahead of schedule. Future projects that we are looking to entrust to Milestone IP and their partners include ISDN, ADSL and possibly IP-VPN.

Milestone IP is our current hosting partner of choice and we continue to migrate numerous web sites over to their care. Our business is to provide management and communications systems to help our dealer network, we look to Milestone IP to help us do this, and so far, so good!
